Shaped by hand
Boards made for your wave.
Hollow wooden surfboards, shaped to order in a small workshop a hundred metres from the Atlantic.
Since 2009
Made slowly, made well.
The process
From plank to peeling lefts
Every board is built the same patient way.
-
Mill the timber
Reclaimed paulownia is milled into thin strips and graded by grain.
-
Build the frame
An internal ribbed frame is glued up — hollow, light, and strong.
-
Shape the rails
The blank is hand-planed to your dimensions and rocker.
-
Glass & finish
Bio-resin glassing, a hand-rubbed oil rail, and your logo inlaid.
The range
Find your shape
Single-fin logs
Nine-foot-plus noseriders for trim and glide. Heavy on purpose — they hold a line through anything.
Easy mid-lengths
Seven to eight feet of paddle power and turn. The one board most people actually want.
Performance shortboards
Built light and lively for steeper, faster waves. Custom rocker to match your home break.
Spring batch
Next build slots open in
We take a small batch of orders each season so every board gets the time it needs.
