Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Plot. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Plot is operated from Copenhagen, Denmark.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to use Plot, and you agree to provide accurate account information.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as shown on our pricing page. Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and, where available, localised to your region at checkout. We may change prices with notice; a change never affects a period you have already paid for.

Cancelling. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time, yourself, from your account settings — no need to contact us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until then, and your subscription does not renew afterwards.

Refunds. You can build and preview a site for free before you pay, so we don't provide refunds for a billing period that has already started — instead, cancel any time to stop future charges and keep access until the period ends. If you were charged in error, or you're entitled to a refund under applicable consumer law (for example, statutory withdrawal rights in the EU/UK), contact us and we'll put it right.

Your content

You own the content you add to your sites. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, display, and process that content so we can provide the service. You're responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any text, images, and other material you upload, and that your sites comply with applicable law.

AI-generated content

Plot includes AI features that generate text and images. AI output can be inaccurate or unexpected — please review anything you generate before publishing it. You're responsible for the content you choose to publish.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Plot to:

• break the law or infringe others' rights;
• publish harmful, deceptive, or abusive content;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Availability

We work to keep Plot running reliably, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability. We may update or change features over time.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Plot is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Danish courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms as Plot evolves. We'll update the date above and, for material changes, let you know directly.
